Nancy Verra is the Regulatory Director and the Compliance Officer of OPAP S.A. and its Group of Companies since March 2016. She is responsible for the regulation of land-based and online gaming market, for the compliance and the legal support of OPAP’s subsidiaries, been appointed as “Regulatory & Compliance Officer of OPAP S.A. and its Group of companies

Nancy holds a BA in law from the University of Athens of the Kapodistrian University of Athens, a master’s degree (LLM) in the International Economic Law from the University of Warwick and a PhD from the University of London with scholarship.

She has significant work experience in the regulation of state-monopoly and liberalized markets, in the administrative and corporate law, and in the competition law, having worked mainly in multinational listed companies.

Nancy has served as a BoD member of the Independent Regulatory Authority for Railways, a BoD Member in ERGOSE S.A. and as a legal counsel of the Minister of Transport and Communications in Bulgaria.
